As you are aware we held our AGM in April. At this time our financial statements were only in a draft form, awaiting sign off from the accountant. This has now been completed, accordingly, we would like to have a Special General Meeting to pass these statements with our members (clubs). This should only take 15-20 minutes (depending on questions).

We will be starting promptly to allow doubles 2 players to be at interclub for 7.30pm start.
If you have any questions on the financials or want any clarifications we would welcome these to be emailed prior to the meeting. This will allow us to gain further information or consult the accountant if needed to answer questions on the night.
