Badminton Canterbury’s AGM will be held on Monday 15th April at 7.30pm, upstairs at Badminton Hall, 220 Pages Road.
We would love to have all of our affiliated clubs represented at the AGM. So we can ensure voting rights are allocated per the constitution, can each club please reply to office@badmintoncanterbury.com by Wednesday 10th April with who will be representing them, and how many members were paid up for 2018? (please note that this is not casuals or attendees at your club sessions, but people who have paid an annual subscription to belong to the club).
BC is also calling for nominations for the board – we do have one of our long term board members stepping down, and it would be great to see some new faces on the board, and also from a variety of clubs. The board meets once a month for approx 2-3 hours in the evening. More info is available on our website at https://badmintoncanterbury.com/board/. Either fill in the nomination form online, or complete a nomination forms and return to either office@badmintoncanterbury.com or manager@badmintoncanterbury.com, or drop in the results box in the hallway at Badminton Hall.
