Badminton Canterbury are currently seeking applications for a new High Performance Coach role with their organisation. This is a contract position based in Christchurch will be responsible for the following:
- Selection and coaching of junior development and representative squads
- Selection and coaching of senior development and representative squads
- Assisting in the development of coaches of representative teams
- Pre-season training programmes
- Training weekends
- Liaison with the Badminton Canterbury Office to coordinate delivery of coaching to schools
- Assisting clubs and their coaches to setup and run junior programmes
